Born in Toronto, Canada, Wayne grew up in the Sunshine State in Fort Lauderdale. He traded the beach for the mountains and attended Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina where he earned his degree in Criminal Justice. Post-college he returned to Canada and spent 13 years playing professional football with the Canadian Football League. 

After relocating to the Philadelphia area with his wife, Wayne turned his focus to real estate and spent the last six years working in residential mortgages. On the weekends, you can Wayne spending time with family, watching sports and being active.
