Parfine Mudacumura originally hails from Kigali, the capital and largest city in Rwanda. After moving with her family to the United States, she settled in Hershey, Pennsylvania. She attended Cheyney University for undergraduate studies where she graduated with a degree in Political Science. From there, she was a student at Seton Hall University where she earned a dual Masters in Public Administration and Diplomacy and International Affairs. After moving to the City of Brotherly Love, Parfine worked as a Certified Property Specialist at the Philadelphia Housing Authority where she worked her way up to Property Manager.
Parfine officially joined the Bluebird Companies team where she is excited to learn about the business side of real estate and how it all works together for improved community development. On the weekend she can be found exploring the Fairmount Park and Art Museum neighborhoods or daydreaming about when she can plan her next travel adventure. A fun, extra unique fact about Parfine is she joins just 1% of the population as being ambidextrous!
